Wolves feature heavily in the Viking image, and none so much as Fenrir, the famed fanged monster who was one of Loki's children.

In Norse mythology, Fenrir is one of Loki's offspring, and is fated to kill Odin, the all-father of the Norse gods, during Ragnarok. Knowing such a thing, the Norse gods had Fenrir bound, and as a result of this, the god Tyr lost his hand to the wolf's jaws.

Fenrir is seen as a symbol of strength, bravery and ferocious power.

This piece was cast in lead free pewter and comes mounted on Ragnar's trademark 26 inch "antiqued" iron starter chain.
